AI Integration

Issuetrak 18.0 introduced AI Integration, which allows you to:

  • Configure your instance of Issuetrak to communicate with an AI provider
  • Select any model available to you by that provider
  • Use both the provider and model you selected with helpful AI functionality in Issuetrak
  • Enable and use other AI-related features within your site

AI Providers

In order to enable AI Integration, you will need to have access to an AI provider. The sections below provide links to the documentation for various AI providers, but you will need to obtain the required information from the provider you are working with. Your IT team may be able to assist you with getting a provider set up for use with Issuetrak.
