Chat Agents are the individuals you have set up to handle Chat conversations within your Chat Widget. This article will provide a walkthrough of adding new Chat Agents.
Steps
- Launch the Chat Admin Portal.
- Click on Settings.
- Click on Agent Settings.
- Click on Chat Agents.
- Click the Add chat agent button at the bottom of the screen.
- Populate the Chat Agent form with all of the necessary information.
- Click Save.
