Mobile Settings

Information

When you access the system from a mobile device, you will see the Mobile formatted screens. Here you have the ability to customize the values that appear on those screens. Quick Picks and Task are not currently shown on the Mobile screens.

Go to Administration > System > System Settings > Mobile Settings.

Define the issue screen settings that apply within Issuetrak Mobile:

Select Show next to any additional fields displayed.

Define the Order for shown fields (e.g. “3” = third place).

Select Require next to any fields that require values.

Define the general settings that apply within Issuetrak Mobile:

Select the number of issues returned per page for Issue Lists.

Select the Issuetrak Mobile page embedded with the Mobile Logo.

Click Update.

The message Parameters successfully updated will display when the update is complete.
