Add Issuetrak as an App on a Mobile Device

Issuetrak is a fully responsive web application. As Issuetrak serves both as a SaaS offering and an On-Premises solution, you won't find us in an App Store. Issuetrak can be accessed from any modern supported browser or added as an "app" to any modern mobile device, regardless of platform.

Users can add your externally facing site URL into their web browser and then save that as an "app" on their home screen to easily access at a future time.

Add Issuetrak as an app on Android

  1. Launch Chrome on your phone or tablet.
  2. Navigate to the Issuetrak URL that you want to create a Home screen shortcut to, usually the main login page or URL.
  3. Tap the menu button in the top-right (3-dots).
  4. Tap Add to Home screen.
  5. Type a name for your site link. This will be the title that appears beneath its icon on your Home screen.
  6. Tap Add in the bottom-right of the pop-up.

Your new "web app" will appear in the next available space on your device's Home screen. To move it like you would any other app, tap and hold its icon, and you'll be able to drag it to your desired location. When you've placed it where you want it, let go of the icon.
