To implement Self Service, the system setting must be activated and policies defined. This task can only be performed by an Issuetrak user with the “Sys Admin” parameter. In addition, users will need to be granted the permission “Can change their own password”, and the AD connection user will need to have the permission to change AD passwords.
The message “Parameters updated successfully" will appear when the settings have been saved.
