Activating Solutions


Only users with Sys Admin permissions can activate Solutions within your system.


Go to Administration > System > System Settings > Optional Fields.


Select Issue Solutions.


Click Update.

The message Parameters successfully updated will display and the Solutions menu option will appear in the Administration Menu when the update is complete.

The Solutions feature must be activated for the solution to appear in issue records, even if you elect not to create solution templates.
