Editing Severities

Information

Only users with “Sys Admin” or “Can access and maintain Administration functions” permissions can add, edit or delete Severities within your system.


Steps

Go to Administration > SLAs > Severities.

Click “edit” next to the Severity you are modifying.

Make your changes in the Edit Severity screen that opens.

4

Click Update.

The message Severity successfully updated will display when the update is complete.
