Only users with Sys Admin or Can access and maintain Administration functions permissions can search or archive the Issue Audits within the Administration menu. Any user that can view the issue can access the Issue Change Log from the View Issue screen.
Go to Administration > Issue Audits > Search Audits.
Input your search criteria. This could be issue number, the person that made the change, or when the change was made.
(Optional) Define the Sort Order for the results.
