Activating Incoming Email

Steps

As a prerequisite, you will need existing POP3, IMAP or Exchange mailboxes to configure your IEM. If you have purchased a mailbox through Issuetrak, make sure you have that account information available.

Click on the gear icon, then click Features in the left hand submenu.

Click the checkbox next to Process Incoming Email.

Click Update.

The message Parameters successfully updated will display when the update is complete. The Incoming Email menu option will then appear in the Administration menu.
